Food For Thought:
Small Steps Lead To Success
The Japanese method of success is “Kaizen,” which means making small, incremental improvements consistently to create fundamental and lasting change.
We all wish that change could happen overnight in one sweeping, grand gesture. Unfortunately, it doesn’t usually work that way. In fact, thinking it all has to happen at once can immobilize us with feelings of pressure and perfectionism.
We think, “It’s too big, too hard and it will take too long, so why try?”
Take one baby step towards your goal. By taking that one step you’ll have broken your inertia and made a beginning step towards the new life you want to create.
